From Our Family to Yours:
Custom Homes Built Right

Gregerson Custom Homes has built and remodeled homes throughout the greater Eastside and Seattle area for more than forty years.

Gregerson Custom Homes builds custom homes and remodels with careful attention to how each space looks, feels, and functions. Architectural and interior design are coordinated from the start to create a cohesive home. Rick works with subcontractors he has trusted for years, who understand the craftsmanship expected in every Gregerson project.

Built well above the expected standard, in a style that does not date.

Grandeur without trend-chasing: extensive millwork, custom details and finishes that still look right decades on. That is why Gregerson homes command their value when they return to market, and why two of our 1980s houses came back to us to be remodeled rather than replaced.
